We make cold-chain mailers, injection kits and custom packaging for pharmacies that ship medication to people's homes. What we are careful about is the difference between what we have measured and what we have not.
NYC Remedy Inc. is a business-to-business packaging company in Secaucus, New Jersey. We supply the physical system a pharmacy ships in: an auto self-inflating thermal mailer, assembled injection and administration kits, vial and syringe presentation, and custom printed packaging that carries the pharmacy's own brand.
Our flagship is a thermal cold-chain envelope for pharmaceutical payloads and laboratory specimens. It is built from a four-layer laminate, closes with an inner zip-lock and an adhesive cover flap, and is activated by removing a sticker tab after the contents are sealed — at which point the insulation expands to form-fit the payload. It ships and stores flat, comes in 9 × 12 in. and 12 × 14 in., and can be printed with your logo.
Most conversations start there. They rarely end there, because the mailer is only one component of a shipment that also contains vials, syringes, needles, pads, instructions and whatever else a patient needs to use the medication correctly.
These are operating rules, not values. Each one is something you can check us against on a specific order.
The first thing we ask for is one shipment you send regularly — what is in it, what it goes out in today, how many steps it takes to assemble, and what it costs landed. Until we know that, we have nothing useful to sell you.
We publish what we have measured and, just as plainly, what we have not. We will not give you a temperature range for a configuration we have not tested, and we will not tell you a certificate of ours qualifies your lane. Where an engineered program is involved, the split between what we tested and what you must qualify is written down before you order.
The patient opening the box should see your pharmacy. Our name is not on the outside, and our design leaves deliberate room for yours. A supplier whose branding competes with its customer's has misread the job.
When we design around your product, the work ends by producing a dieline, a material specification, a bill of materials or a documented workflow that belongs to the program. That is what makes your second order a reorder instead of a new project — and it is why we will push back on custom work that cannot become a standard.
Stock and branded orders skip most of this. Engineered programs run the full sequence, and each gate has an output you keep.
Tell us what you ship regularly — the medication format, roughly how many a month, and what it goes out in today. We will send a sample and a packout comparison built on your numbers, at no cost.
