Injection and administration kits assembled as a single presented unit, so a first-time patient opens something organised instead of a bag of separate parts.
A refrigerated therapy shipment usually contains more than the medication. There is a syringe, a needle — often two gauges — alcohol pads, an instruction sheet, and sometimes a sharps consideration. Assembled at the bench each time, that is a handful of picks per order and a different-looking parcel depending on who packed it.
At the other end, a patient who has never self-administered anything is deciding what to open first. The packaging is doing clinical work at that moment whether it was designed to or not.
Configured to your therapy and your protocol. The kit is assembled and presented as one unit — pouch or blister — rather than picked as loose items.
Paired to the therapy and the administration route.
Single-use preparation pads, counted to the cycle rather than handed out loose.
Holds the components in position so the kit arrives in the order it is used, and so a missing item is visible before it ships.
Printed to your brand and your therapy. This is the piece patients actually read, and the one most often left generic.
Some items in a kit we manufacture or convert. Others — syringes, needles and similar devices — we supply from their manufacturers. We keep those two categories distinct on every quote, and we preserve manufacturer labelling and traceability on anything we did not make.
We do not describe ourselves as the manufacturer of a device we distribute, and we make no sterilisation representation about a component we did not process. If your quality team asks which is which, the answer is on the specification, not in an email.
| Element | How it works |
|---|---|
| Components | Priced per component at your volume tier. Manufactured and supplied items are itemised separately. |
| Assembly | A transparent per-kit assembly charge, or a single complete-kit price. Never buried inside the component cost. |
| Printed guide | Setup and artwork charge, then a per-unit run cost with tiers. |
| Presentation | Stock pouch or blister where one fits; custom tooling quoted separately where it does not. |
Tell us the therapy, the dose format and roughly how many kits a month. We will come back with a component list, an assembled sample and a per-kit price.
