An auto self-inflating thermal cold-chain shipping envelope for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical payloads and laboratory specimens. It stores flat, seals twice, and expands around what you put in it.
Everything in this table is a documented construction or mechanism. Nothing in it is a performance claim — those are in testing, and they are listed further down.
Intended payloads: temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical payloads and laboratory specimens.
Three actions at the bench, none of which involves a blade. The activation step is the whole product — it is why the mailer can be stored flat and still arrive as an enclosure shaped around the shipment.
Payload and refrigerant go into a mailer that arrived flat and stacked. There is no insert to assemble and no void fill to trim.
Close the inner zip-lock, then the adhesive cover flap. Two closures, one motion each, and both are visible to whoever checks the packout.
Remove the sticker tab. The insulation expands and form-fits around the payload — no piercing, no cutting, no separate foam to position.
A tight range on purpose. Two formats make the flagship a stocked SKU with a known lead time rather than a quote every time — which is most of what makes reordering boring, in the good sense.
| Format | Typical use | Custom print |
|---|---|---|
| 9 × 12 in. | Smaller refrigerated shipments — vials, prefilled syringes, a single therapy cycle
with its administration components. Confirm fit against your own payload and refrigerant before standardising. |
Yes |
| 12 × 14 in. | Larger or multi-item packouts — multi-vial sets, kitted therapy plus guide,
combined shipments. Same construction and closures as the 9 × 12. |

The mailer can be printed with your logo and artwork, which turns the one object every patient definitely handles into a branded touchpoint rather than a plain grey parcel.
We deliberately design around your identity rather than ours. Our name does not need to be on the outside of your shipment.
The same discipline as the rest of the site, applied to the product it matters most for.
| Area | Status | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | DOCUMENTED | 4-layer laminated, inner zip-lock, adhesive cover flap, pull-tab activation, two formats, custom printing. |
| Thermal | IN TESTING | We will not publish a temperature range or hold duration until we can state the exact payload, refrigerant, conditioning, ambient profile and duration it was measured against. A number without that configuration is not information. |
| Cube | IN TESTING | Flat thickness, units per case and pallet, and warehouse cube per 1,000 units. This is likely to be the strongest operational number we have; we would rather measure it than estimate it. |
| Activation | IN TESTING | Time to full expansion and success rate under bench conditions, plus the documented packout SOP. |
| Protection | IN TESTING | Seam and closure integrity, compression and drop performance. |
| Shipping economics | IN TESTING | Unit weight, packed dimensions and dimensional weight, so we can talk about landed cost rather than unit price. |
| Comparison | NOT PUBLISHED | We do not publish comparisons against another manufacturer's product. If we ever do, it will name the exact SKU and show the method. |
The fastest way to evaluate this is to load one, seal it and pull the tab. Tell us the format you would use and we will send samples.
